Mapping is a short paid piece of work, and it can end with a recommendation to build nothing at all.

We point to the one handoff that costs the most and judge whether it is worth building for. Sometimes a change to the process fixes it.

A written scope of what the system does, what it leaves out and who owns it afterwards. The price is set against this document.

We build in your tools and against your data, in stages you can see working as each one lands.
Fig 05 5 Hand over
You get the code, the documentation and a runbook your team can follow without us in the room.
