The problem

The sales team was handling lead follow-ups manually, which made it difficult to respond quickly and consistently to new leads.

What we built

A complete lead-flow system in Zoho CRM that automated lead assignment, follow-ups, messages, status management and other sales activities.

Result

• Reduced speed-to-lead significantly
• Automated repetitive follow-up activities
• Improved consistency in lead handling
• Helped increase sales and sign-ups
• The business reached its highest monthly sign-up volume of the year after the system was implemented

What we built

• The backend, the web app, plugins for VS Code and JetBrains, and a Homebrew package
• Subscription billing on Stripe, with sign-in through Auth0
• The move from Heroku to AWS, on ECS with RDS and ElastiCache, and the CI/CD pipelines behind it
• A GitHub App for replaying pull requests, AI-generated summaries on AWS Bedrock, and daily stand-ups posted to Slack
• An on-premises edition, deployed with Terraform
• SOC 2 Type I and Type II, with penetration testing arranged along the way

What we built

• The platform the kiosks talk to, running on Amazon EKS and deployed with Helm and GitHub Actions
• Mutual TLS between every kiosk and AWS, set up across CloudFront, API Gateway and ACM, so each device proves its identity with its own certificate
• Log monitoring and alerting on CloudWatch, Lambda and SNS

What we built

• One Django platform for managing SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook and web chat conversations
• Conversational AI on RASA, extended with webhooks, bookings and search over uploaded CSV files
• Supporting APIs in Flask, containerised with Docker, and a Go module connecting local SMS gateways

What we built

• Candidate outreach by email, SMS and push notification, with events published to Facebook, Meetup and Eventbrite
• The application migrated from Web2py to Flask microservices on AWS Lambda, with a GraphQL layer
• Unit and end-to-end tests across the APIs in Pytest
